Article 2: Nature of Business Operations
The firm specializes in the architecture of low-level systems, Rust-based software engineering, and the deployment of sovereign digital infrastructure. BLAKFRAME LTD operates exclusively as a Systems Engineering Firm on a principal-to-principal basis.
BLAKFRAME LTD does not provide consumer-facing services, retail financial advice, or regulated payment processing. All commercial engagements are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B) and are governed by separate, comprehensive Master Services Agreements (MSA). The firm may collaborate with undisclosed technical partners and third-party researchers to fulfill specific engineering requirements under strict non-disclosure terms.
Article 3: Intellectual Property & Proprietary Assets
All technical specifications, source code, documentation, and digital assets accessible through this domain or provided via official channels remain the exclusive intellectual property of BLAKFRAME LTD.
Unauthorized access, reproduction, reverse engineering, or systematic data extraction (scraping) of any component of the BLAKFRAME infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and applicable intellectual property laws.
Article 4: Exclusion of Warranty & The "Null State" Protocol
The infrastructure provided by BLAKFRAME LTD is engineered for "Zero-Trust" environments and is offered strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. The firm explicitly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The User acknowledges that the "Null State"—defined as the complete cessation of availability or data transmission—is a valid operational condition of the system. BLAKFRAME LTD assumes no liability for data loss, latency, or corruption resulting from "Acts of God," global network partitioning, or sovereign intervention.
Article 5: The "Janitor" Principal (Role Definition)
For the purposes of data governance, BLAKFRAME LTD is defined as a "Technical Custodian" (Janitor) and not a "Landlord." The firm provides the physical and logical vessel for data but claims no ownership, visibility, or control over the encrypted payload.

The firm maintains an active vulnerability research practice targeting open-source cryptographic infrastructure and distributed systems. Coordinated disclosure is conducted through established security marketplaces and direct engagement with protocol maintainers, in accordance with responsible disclosure standards.
The security research division operates exclusively within the bounds of coordinated disclosure. The firm does not develop offensive capabilities, does not sell exploits, and does not provide surveillance or interception services. All research output is directed toward the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
Article 8: Data Classification Framework
All technical assets, documentation, and infrastructure components are classified under a three-tier framework:
- Restricted: Cryptographic key material, identity seeds, and consensus-critical source code. Air-gapped storage only.
- Controlled: Internal engineering documentation, build configurations, and deployment specifications. Access limited to authorized personnel.
- Public: Corporate disclosures, legal filings, and published technical summaries. Available through official channels.
Classification assignment is determined by the Director and is not subject to external reclassification requests.
